  • Grant appropriate legal or equitable remedies

The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on both parties, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Arbitration Procedure

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • The seat of arbitration shall be the Netherlands
  • The language of the arbitration shall be English
  • Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise

Urgent Legal Remedies

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a competent court in the Netherlands where such relief is necessary to protect intellectual property rights, confidential information, or prevent unlawful use of the platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands.

14. Jurisdiction

If a dispute is not subject to arbitration or arbitration is deemed unenforceable, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.

15. Electronic Communication

By using the Site, you consent to receive communications from PROFSFILE B.V. electronically, including:

  • Emails
  • Platform notifications
  • Website announcements.

Such electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.

16. Entire Agreement
